Our clinic is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. In the event of an emergency situation outside of our clinic hours, we recommend that Gold Coast residents contact the Acute Care Team.

Acute Care Team (ACT): 

  • Phone: 1300 MH CALL (1300 64 22 55) – Available 24/7 
  • Description: The ACT provides specialist mental health care advice, referrals, and crisis support.  
  • Location: Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH) & Robina Hospital 

Those outside of the Gold Coast catchment should contact their local mental health service or general practitioner for support.

  • Description: Call for immediate assistance in life-threatening situations. 

Beyond Blue:  

Lifeline:  

  • Phone: 13 11 14 
  • Description: 24/7 suicide prevention and crisis support. Provides all Australians access to crisis support and suicide prevention services.

Suicide Call Back Service:  

  • Phone: 1300 659 467 
  • Description: Free 24/7 telephone counselling support for those at risk of or affected by suicide. 

Kids Helpline:  

DVConnect Women’s Line: 

  • Phone: 1800 811 811 (24/7 service) 
  • Description: Provides support for women and children experiencing domestic and family violence in Queensland.  

DVConnect Men’s Line: 

  • Phone: 1800 600 636 (call between 9am – midnight, 7 days) 
  • Description: A confidential telephone counselling, referral, information, and support service for men affected by domestic and family violence in Queensland.
